The Soup Kitchen

The Soup Kitchen in downtown Benton Harbor feeds a hot meal to around 200 men, women, and children every day.  St. Augustine’s prepares and serves a meal on the fifth Saturday of the month.  We see this as an extension of our Neighborhood Food Pantry mission – churches should feed people by inviting people in and by going out to where people are.  We’re blessed to use our building as a community resource and we’re equally blessed to leave the comfort of our church home to serve others.  If you would like to join us, please visit us, call the church office, or send an email.  We welcome you!
